Proposed Rental Registration Ordinance
CITY OF LAINGSBURG NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The Laingsburg City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Laingsburg City Hall to receive public comment on the proposed Rental Registration Ordinance. The proposed ordinance would establish a rental registration program, including requirements for registration, inspection, and compliance for rental properties within the City. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review at Laingsburg City Hall during regular business hours and on the City’s website at www.laingsburg.us. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk at clerk@laingsburg.us prior to the hearing. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
