The Board of Review is looking for one members. 

This is a paid position that meets as described below.  
Members must be electors of the city and experience or training in matters related to real estate is preferred but not required.  If interested please fill out these forms and return to city hall.

Board of Review meets three times a year. 

March
March 12th from 9:00am to 3:00pm & March 13th 3:00pm to 9:00pm
by appointment to appeal assessment and taxable values.

July by appointment to review only the following:

Poverty Exemption Application for 2025
Clerical errors and mutual mistakes of fact for 2024 & 2025

December to correct clerical errors.

Poverty can be appealed at any Board of Review.
Primary Resident Exemption and Veteran Exemptions can be appealed at anytime with the Assessor.
