NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AN ORDINANCE 02-2021 TO AMEND CHAPTER 18- BUSINESSES – BY ADDING ARTICLE VIII – USE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR OUTDOOR SEATING, SALES AND SERVICE
The City of Laingsburg City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, December 6th, 2021, 7:00 pm at the regular meeting of the City Council, that will be held at Laingsburg City Hall, 114 N. Woodhull Street, Laingsburg, Michigan. The public hearing will start at 7:00 P.M. City Council will consider adding Ordinance 02-2021 to amend Chapter 18 – Businesses – by adding Article VIII – Use of Right-of-way for Outdoor Seating, Sales and Service.
Any persons wishing to address these issues should attend the meeting in person, by counsel, by personal representative, or they may submit their concerns in writing no later than Friday December 3, 2021 at noon:
